Q: Are these authentic Japanese boxes?
A: Yes. All product is authentic, factory-sealed Japanese stock from trusted suppliers.
Q: When will my pre-order ship?
A: As soon as our inbound shipment lands in the US. We email tracking the moment your label is created. Note: Japanese holidays can shift export schedules slightly.
Q: How fast do you ship in-stock items?
A: Orders ship in 24–48 business hours from our US location.
Q: Can you live-rip my box on stream?
A: Yes. Add “LIVE RIP” in your order notes or tell us in chat during the stream. Live-ripped items are final sale.
Q: Where can I get live tips on pulls, grading, and sets?
A: Join our TikTok stream for live tips and Q&A. Search “Mystic Moon TCG” on TikTok and tap the bell so you don’t miss us.
Q: Do you offer PSA grading submissions?
A: Yep—use our “Grade It” service on stream. Only available for subscribers for now.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Sealed product: returns accepted within 7 days if unopened and in original condition (buyer pays return shipping unless our error). Live-ripped items are non-returnable.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to select regions. Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If you don’t see your country at checkout, email us and we’ll help.
Q: Can I change or cancel a pre-order?
A: Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or submitted for live rip, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q: How do restock alerts work?
A: If an item is sold out, use the “notify me” option (if available) or email us—we’ll ping you as soon as it returns.
